Life in Transition... What's Next? | Natalie Caine

Whether you are anticipating the empty nest or already an empty nester, Natalie Caine will help you begin to build your personal roadmap. Learn what's uniquely next for you, how to continue to grow a healthy relationship with your children, where to build a new sense of belonging with a community since the school days are over.

No other generation of empty nesters has faced the challenges and joys of letting go as are present today for parents. During the program you will share your story so you can receive skilled support and continue with a guided meditation that will help you unfold your hidden talents and answer questions that you have presented.

Learning how to go deeper into the exploration of self rather than the past eighteen years of needing to focus on children with others will help you begin your new journey.

Natalie Caine M.A., has spent 27 years developing and facilitating women's groups from "Mommy and Me" to changes brought on by divorce, re-entering the work force, illness, death, re-marriage and singlehood. She started a support group for parents anticipating the empty nest and a website to receive information and talk with others, and is founder and creator of Empty Nest Support Services.

Natalie can be heard on Lifetime Radio Network for Women, has been featured in the New York Times, Better Homes and Gardens and other magazines as an expert for empty nesters. Her book, Life Beyond Transitions will be published in 2010.
